of complete silence, Norwegian MAGENTA finally return with an
all new album!
MAGENTA was created by Anders Odden (CADAVER/APOPTYGMA
BERZERK/CELTIC FROST) as a diverse musical playground with no
limits. On "Art and Accidents", elements of elctro, new wave and
goth are fused into a mesmerizing world of lush tunes. With
Vilde Lockerts' vocals subtly blending the innocent with the
seductive, and guitarist Daniel Hills' skills as a musician,
Anders Odden has managed to meld a myriad of musical influences
into a sound that appeals to a very broad spectrum of fans, and
yet is unmistakably MAGENTA. The new album features
contributions from GOTHMINISTER, ANGEL and GEIR from APOPTYGMA
BERZERK, JONAS GROTH and STU MANX from GLUECIFER.
Imagine the HUMAN LEAGUE meeting the SISTERS OF MERCY in a
neon-lit dungeon... That is what MAGENTA is all about! A
convincing and unexpected return.
